Akrogiali rooms are located in Agiokampos, Evia and are offered for summer holidays, as well as for short excursions. Agiokampos is only 8 km from Edipsos and 118 km northwest of Chalkida (via Limni Evia).

The rooms are located directly on beach, and are an ideal place for rest and tranquility.

The crystal clear sea with plenty of fish and seafood, restaurants, taverns is a destination for many vacationers. Its beach has nothing to envy from other tourist attractions, as it gives the opportunity to the one who wishes to discover it and experience its infinite beauty.

Από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2024, θα ισχύει νέο τέλος για τις κρατήσεις σας «τέλος ανθεκτικότητας στην κλιματική κρίση». Αυτό το τέλος διαφέρει από Μάρτιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο και από Νοέμβριο μέχρι Φεβρουάριο και εξαρτάται από τον τύπο του καταλύματός σας και την κατηγορία αστέρων. Όσον αφορά τις βίλες, το τέλος επηρεάζεται και από το μέγεθος του καταλύματος.

Ανάλογα με τον τύπο του καταλύματός σας, θα ισχύουν τα ακόλουθα τέλη:

  • 1-2 αστέρια – 1,5 €

  • 3 αστέρια – 3 €

  • 4 αστέρια – 7 €

  • 5 αστέρια – 10 €

  • Ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια – 1,5 €

  • Καταλύματα βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης – 1,5 € μισθώσεις:

  • Βίλες (άνω των 80 τ.μ.) – 10 €

Νοέμβριος έως Φεβρουάριος

 

  • 1-2 αστέρια – 0,50 €

  • 3 αστέρια – 1,5 €

  • Ενοικιαζόμενα Δωμάτια – 0,50 €

  • Καταλύματα βραχυχρόνιας μίσθωσης – 0,50 €

  • το νέο τέλος βαρύνει τον διαμένοντα, που έκανε χρήση του δωματίου ή του διαμερίσματος, επιβάλλεται μετά τη διαμονή του στο κατάλυμα και πριν την αναχώρησή του από αυτό, με την έκδοση ειδικού στοιχείου-απόδειξης είσπραξης τέλους ανθεκτικότητας στην κλιματική κρίση, από τις επιχειρήσεις και αποδίδεται από αυτές στη Φορολογική Διοίκηση
